Can Samba/Winbindd be used with a windows 2000 server that is not a member of a domain and is not a PDC?
My mail server uses windows2000 all accounts are local to that machine. Users don't even login to that machine. I want to use winbindd to provide my linux box with a way to give postfix something to check the recipients against without making yet another user list. Can I use winbindd for this? So far I'm not able to get it to work. ==================== Kevin W.
