[Samba] help

I'm install samba 3.0.0 in solaris 8 SPARC, I need assistance for it's:
 
Error loading module '/usr/local/samba/lib/charset/CP850.so'
Error loading module '/usr/local/samba/lib/charset/ISO8859-1.so
 
What is it?
