Hi all,
I'd like to replace an old NT-wins server by a linux box with samba and I'm wondering how long it will take for the wins-table on the linux machine to get filled up from scatch (the size of the net is of order 1000 machines). Does anyone have *real-life* data/experiences of such a migration ? Any tipps or hints ?
Is there a way/tool to convert the (Windows) Wins-DB into the wins.dat format ?
