I am using the Samba package included in Red Hat 8. I am trying to share a printer on a Windows 98 share on the network. lpr fails on startup, and print from kword fails, with the error message "Get_local_host:hostname 'redhat1' bad". However, this is the name for localhost. I can print to the printer using sambaclient. Any suggestions? Thanks Eric McFee
