[Samba] CIFSBench still available?

I have seen several references to the CIFSBench utility to benchmark Samba 
performance, as an alternative to NetBench.  However, I can't seem to locate 
CIFSBench on the Network Appliances site.  Google searches did not provide 
any downloads either.  Is it no longer available?
