Poe, Charles rta: | | Hi, Need help. | It seems each SAMBA process is designed for one workgroup (one domain) with one PDC and multiple BDCs configuration. | To share file across multiple workgroups (domains), can I start more than one SAMBA processes with different PDC for each SAMBA process | on one unix server? | | Thank you very much. | | | | Charles Poe | [EMAIL PROTECTED]
| | Yes and no
Yes you can run multiple SAMBA instances if you have multiple network interfaces configured. But if the other workgroups are also domains, and you are using Samba-3.x it would be easier to configure domain trust.
Good Luck
