Hi all I have got Samba 2.2.7 running with winbind on Redhat 9, and am able to authenticate on the domain successfully. What i want to do is give the NT4 Domain Admins , something similar to root privelages, if not root privelages. How do i do this without having to specify each user individually as a member of root??? ( In an MS world, this is the same as addind Domain admins into the local "Administrator" group.) I can view all group lists of the domian, I just dont understand how to associate the two together (if you can). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
