[Samba] New problem after up2date run

After a recent up2date run, I am now having a new problem with Samba 
3.0.1pre3 on a Red Hat 9 box (patched to krb5 1.3.1 - it used to work just 
fine.)

Now:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] samba]# kinit Administrator
Password for [EMAIL PROTECTED]: <word>
kinit: relocation error: kinit: undefined symbol: krb5_cc_initialize
[EMAIL PROTECTED] samba]#
Installed packages during the up2date run included tons of stuff for 
XFree86, ethereal, ethereal-gnome, glibc/common/devel, and nscd.

Anyone have any ideas?
