Who knows how to include sambaAccount to my current LDAP database
without re-creation of LDAP entries ? Any tool/software suggested/needed?

try phpldapadmin (http://phpldapadmin.sourceforge.net/).
We use it for our complete LDAP Administration and it
works pretty cool.
