Jerry, Thanks for the reply. When I tried to connect to my samba server I entered just a username and password. The windows client then returned with SAMBASERVER\username. I tried it that way and then tried it with DOMAIN\username.
I can query the domain for users via wbinfo and getent. I'm still at a loss...
