You have not given us any of the basic information we would need to debug this. Like the Samba version, logfiles, client error messages... If this is 3.0.1, then either back down to 3.0.0, grab a 3.0.2 release candidate or wait till 3.0.2 is out. There were some errors with joining the domain with this client.
