This can be done, but it is not a good idea. You will face a number of
obstacles in due time.

You must use IP aliasing and bind each instance of Samba (smbd) to that IP
Aliased interface. Read the man page for smb.conf in respsect of:
        interfaces =
        bind interfaces only =
