[Samba] smbclient trying to connect

i have installed an aplication called little snitch to control 
unautorized programs call home

now i have little snitch giving me the message  "The application 
"smbclient" wants to connect to 169.254.97.65 on TCP port 445 
(microsoft-ds)"

is that a matter of concern or just a regular background task from os X?
