Try a different driver (pcl vs. ps or newer version
from hp.com). These kind of issues tend to be more driver
related.
Also check and make sure that the print filters (if any
on the server) are not munging the print job.
I have the latest PCL drivers from HP already, have not tried PS
We are printing through a RAW queue with no server massaging.
