if you only want to mount a share from a windows 2003 server and don't want to disable smb signing, you need this:
http://us1.samba.org/samba/Linux_CIFS_client.html
If you want that the samba server act like a win2k3 domain member than you need kerberos, but I'm also not informed and I got seen only solutions with disabling smb signing...
