Hello, I've got two redhat 3 as servers. I'm trying to mount a share on one, this is the command I'm using: # mount -t smbfs -o username=backup, password=*** //mystique/etc /mnt/backup/etc
When I do that, I get this error: 13636: session setup failed: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.) SMB connection failed Now, on the one server, I've created a samba share to the /etc directory and given the user backup permissions to read it. Why would I be getting that error when I try to run mount? -- Jody Cleveland Computer Support Specialist [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: http://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
