[Samba] upgrade ver 2.2.1a to 2.2.8

i've already install samba ver 2.2.1a and many people tell 
me to upgrade into newer version of samba, i've new 
version like 2.2.8 but it cannot installed beacuse man 
dependencies files has to be upgrade any one can help me 
how to upgrade samba into high version step by step.....!!
