[Samba] Samba dual personality and browse list

Hi.
        I upgrade samba 2.2.8 to 3.0.4 (rpm) and now have some problems
In first, i have
smb.conf
------------------
[global]
    netbios name = BUH
    netbios aliases = INETSERV PS IB
...
    include = /etc/samba/smb.conf.%L
<last string in global section>
[netlogon]
....
[buh-share]
--------------
smb.conf.inetserv
--------------
[inetserv-share1]
....
[inetserv-share2]
....
--------------
smb.conf.ps
--------------
[ps-printer1]
....
[ps-printer2]
....
--------------
smb.conf.ib
--------------
[ib-share1]
....
[ib-share2]
....
--------------
On 2.2.8 i see shares and printers belongs to his own virtual servers.
On 3.0.4 servers buh, inetserv, ps works fine but i can't see shares on 
ib. If i say
netbios aliases = INETSERV PS IB2
and rename smb.conf.ib to smb.conf.ib2 all works fine...
Why?

Second problem is empty comment strings in browse.dat
 unix charset = KOI8-R
 display charset = 866
files on shares with russian names looks correct.
How to fix?
