Aug 12 14:46:23 ismlnx1 kernel: lcs problems detected eth0 temporarily unavailable.
Telnet/SSH access is gone, as are all Samba connections (actually they are there until they time out), and then we need to reboot in order to get our connections back.
I haven't increased my debug level yet in smb.conf but that's probably what I'm going to try next.
Looks more like a network adapter problem than smbd problem. What kind of network adapter is in the server, what switch is used? Is line speed and full/half duplex autonegotiated or fixed? Is the network interface reporting droped packets or overruns?
