1. Can you log in with the user you are trying on any other machine?
2. Can you log in on this problem machine with any user?
You need to figure out which is the proper sid , try running a net getlocalsid (I think) from the PDC and see which one it matches. You will most likely have to change the sid entry on the group or your user to match that. I'm not sure exactly how you'd do that in other than LDAP, in which you could try to just edit the directory.

This is assuming that you have been able to join computers to the domain successfully, but I'd infer that to be the case by you saying you have 'everything else working'.
