I know that doesn't have everything you need, but I can't find the link I used to set up domain membership in active directory ATM.

If I type the wrong password, it says "The username or password was not correct." So it's clearly getting through one stage of authentication.
I am limited in my ability to ask IT staff here any questions, so I basically need to figure this out on my own.
Any suggestions?
