[Samba] Make fails

[EXT-Rajan, Varad]

I am installing samba3.0.7 on unix and when I run make, I get "failed to make 
dynaconfig -o".
Please let me know where I an going wrong. If binary of Samba is available, please 
direct me to the web site. Thanks
