No, or at least I haven't found a way.

But this isn't GPOs.  With regedit or policies you can screw up a machines
registry,  policies especially can get confusing as they can leave bits behind
in the registry as policies are changed.  

GPOs don't have a permanent affect on the registry and are thus much safer to
use in the long run.
