maybe I have found something, I will check that out tomorrow. First of all, there is an option to run all MSI packages with admin privileges and apart from that, I found a way (Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit) to install applications as service, i.e. running with administrative privileges.
I'll see what works. ;-)
