Hello, we are using a Samba 2.0.7 on AIX. Our XP (SP 1) clients can connect to the server, they are able to create and delete files.
In the evening the clients are powered off. When these clients reconnect in the morning, using the same login name as the day before, they are not allowed to delete files they have created the day before. The logfile says: "Permission denied". The ownership and rights of this file on the filesystem are the same on both days.
