That's not our 3.0.12pre1 I don't think. Did you get it from Fedora ?

I can't find it anywhere either. This looks like a Fedora specific thing. Try the SRPM at http://us4.samba.org/samba/ftp/Binary_Packages/Fedora/SRPMS/
Or maybe talk to the Fedora maintainers.
