The error message tells us the following:
1. The error is in /usr/sbin/smbldap-useradd 2. Specifically on lines 170 and line 283.
Post these lines and we can be of more assistance. I'm thinking though that you've left some data out of your smbldap_conf.pm file. Some of the settings therein cannot be left blank.
