It looks like if a folder contains lots of files with names (ls -w on the BSD box) like "\303\204NDRINGAR ENLIGT NY STD.doc" or "milj\224prov.doc" the smbd hangs for that user and a new session starts and sometimes a user have 10 smbd procceses running at 40-80%.
The stange characters a old (old mening a error from a upgrade from 2.x to 3.x) swedish letters.
