I can't find any info on the "silent delete fail" bug (how can I reproduce it? what is the impact?)

We would like to evaluate what problems this bug would cause and if we can live with it for some time.

Gonna give a last try with 3.0.15-pre2

thanx

Ok, this isn't going to work for you as we can't
currently read DFS ACLs. I'll add a parameter setting that
will allow you to remove the new behavior and
you'll have to put up with the "silent delete fail"
bug until you can give smbd a library that returns
POSIX compatible ACLs from DFS, AFS or GPFS.

Jeremy.
