I just want to report that I am having the same problem. The dir command hangs with 3.0.14a but works fine with 3.0.10. This happens only on one client (Windows XP SP2) but from multiple hosts (all Fedora Core 3). Other Windows running the same XP SP2 do not have this problem. I am currently trying to figure out what is unique about the Windows machine that shows the problem.


Below is some lines from dmesg on the host that seem to be related to the incident. Not sure if this info is of any use.
