I know this may be a bit out there, but has there been any thought/plans to implement something along the lines of the Terminal Services profile path that you get with AD?
You can set that on the Terminal Server using gpedit.msc. Local Computer Policy -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Terminal Services -> "Set path for TS Roaming Profiles"
You must be looking at a Windows 2003 server, 2000 doesn't have this setting.
