You can do this client-side with Group Policy; no server quota support is needed. (proquota, in the article you linked to, is apparently just a client-side tool, and it looks like it was replaced by Group Policy settings in Win2K and above.) Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc Go under User Configuration, Administrative Templates, System, User Profiles. Double-click on "Limit profile size" and reivew the options there.
