I was reading up on the Linux Magazine overview of Samba 4.0 (http://www.linux-magazine.com/issue/67/Samba_4_Technical_Preview.pdf), and noticed that Samba 4 was going to have its own LDAP backend ("LDB", according to the article). Since I'm planning on rolling out LDAP authentication at my site in the not-incredibly-distant-future, should I consider using the Samba LDAP backend instead of OpenLDAP? Is there a comparison of the two?
