Ok - I just checked the code. This isn't the problem. The "store_inheritance_attribute: Error Permission denied" is informational only (ie. we don't fail the delete if we can't store the EA inheritance attribute). Look at the permissions in the containing directory. Does the deleting user have permission to write into it ?
