        I saw your other message after you ran smbd interactively.

        Could you please attach your smb.conf?

        Another important thing is run 'testparm -v' to check if
evertyhing is ok. Finally, check the logs and if possible, attach
the important part. (Don't forget to increase the
loglevel/debuglevel inside smb.conf).
