thanks for all your help, i've devoided #define DEBUGXXX, and disabled more default options when doing ./configure, in addition to --disable-cups and --without-ads suggested by jerry. what's more, I also strip the binary file to make them smaller. And finally, now the binary size of smbd plus nmbd is nearly 2.3M. Seems still something could be done to make it far more smaller, right? I'm working on it. And, still, your helping hand is what I want.
