Hello,

Yesterday, users started to logon (Windows XP) without having their home
directories mapped through netlogon (net use i: \\server\share), even though
they can access the share as \\server\share in Explorer. The home shares
have permissions 700.

I couldn't find anything unusual, except for this (/var/log/samba/log.smbd):

[2006/10/31 20:14:05, 0] smbd/service.c:make_connection(846)
 pc05 (10.0.4.100) couldn't find service %u

What does it mean? Samba version is 3.0.22 (Debian).

Thanks in advance,
Ari Constancio
