I have been asked to configure out Samba installation to log at least
two types of information:
1. In order to be HIPAA-compliant, we need an audit trail of who
accesses what documents and folders.
2. For internal use, we need an audit trail of who creates/deletes
what documents and folders.
What is the _minimum_ log level that will give me both of these,
without filling up my disk?
