Have you test your join with net ads join? Is it OK?
Are you really sure, that your "workgroup=" should be "MYDOMAIN.COM",
not "MYDOMAIN"?
Can you connect to your Samba box with MMC from Windows Machine
(Manage->Connect to another computer)?
