I had the same problem and I found today that it relies on directories dates that are corrupted. When you view your folders in WinXP explorer, you will see that they have no date defined. Under Linux, 'ls -l' gives year 1970 for those directories. Then you can 'touch' them under bash, giving them a correct date. And everything goes fine.
