%u contains username AFTER users.map processing %U contains username BEFORE users.map processing so, when you have entry: root = Administrator (this is usual entry), path = /dirs/%u will explain as /dirs/Administrator, and path /dirs/%U - as /dirs/root -- With Best Regards.
