If you have a filesystem that supports ACLs, then you can just add there ACLs to the directory. If Samba was compiled with ACL support, then it will read those ACLs when a user tries to access a resource.

Subject: [Samba] UID, GID access query

Is it possible that I can setup Samba to allow access to certain
directories dependent on the UID or GID? I may have various directories
owned by someone else but will still need to be accessed by the logged in
Samba member.

Is this possible?
