Oh this is pretty bad, it seem there is some problem in the smbldap library recognizing if the connection is still open or not :/ At least you found an easy way to reproduce it which means it should be easy to find how to fix it. I will work on this tomorrow or Monday, thanks for the report, I'll post here as soon as I get a clue on what is wrong and a patch.
