Hi, I have a samba PDC running on Centos4 with several hundred Windows PS's using it for authentication.
I've just upgraded the fileserver which serves the users home directories to Centos5. The problem is how to get the upgraded fileserver to join the existing domain. On the server JANUS I have an account for the upgraded fileserver in /etc/passwd same as before.
