FreeBSD ports tree was in "frozen" state and was unfreezed two days back - and patches to many ports still waited... I.E. Wine already has version 0.9.51, but in ports still 0.9.48. You should: 1. Wait for new port 2. Correct port by himself (change version in Makefile, regenerate distinfo by make makesum) and try to compile and install.
