I have had no problems with HP Laser printers or Lexmark Laser printers with the point-n-print on Samba. The only time I have had problems has been HP Deskjet or Business jet printers and Canon copiers detecting the features of the copier. On the Canon Copier I have worked out most of the problems with manual setting the options of the copier on the servers.

We have about a dozen Lexmark printers, about half a dozen HP LJ2430s and LJ4250s and one Konica copier. All of them work fine, I can access all tabs on the driver settings (the HP ones are a little slow to come up but they do work). Are you using point-n-print or are you loading drivers onto each machine? *Michael Heydon - IT Administrator * [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
