I received the warning "DNS updated failed!" during net join. Is this an important warning? Will there be problems?
Immediately after the join, clients using smbclient were able to authenticate and access shares on this server - even though "net ads testjoin" complained about kerberos problems. # net join -U Administrator Administrator's password: Using short domain name -- ENGWIN DNS update failed!
