My fault, every one. I found this page

I just have to add "lanman auth = yes" into smb.conf  - restart samba - and
then mapping samba share directory in w98 or Me machine.

Thank you for your help.

PS. It seems like the memory usage stays around 1,6Gb within this one hour.
Usually it will run to reach 5Gb - my full RAM capacity. This is a good
sign. :)
