Hi Andrzej, try the patch create by me and Leonardo available in https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=310590&aid=2521012&group_id=10590 and post your comments. This solution worked fine for us. We use Samba 3.2.5, Samba-vscan and Clamav on a Debian Etch amd64 server.
