This is OpenBSD, right? It used to have a badly broken mmap
implementation. You might try "use mmap = no".

Yes it is OpenBSD.

Do you expect that mmap = no will just help with the above error message or would it also help with running Access databases?

Are the options oplocks = False and level2 oplocks = False necessary for use with Access 2000 mdb's or is that outdated?

How do other people use Samba with Access databases?
